“Hello” My name is Fred Wilkerson. I’m a full-time home inspector. I received advanced training by the nationally recognized Professional Home Inspection Institute (PHII). I continue to get over 30 hours continuing education per year and attend seminars on the latest topics relating to home inspection and defect recognition at the Inspection Training Associates (ITA) . I have met the requirements and became a member of the nationally recognized home inspection association, (NSHI) the National Society of Home Inspectors. I have completed the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) designation which is the highest rated exam that can be obtained through the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBPHI). This designation is received by those inspectors that have obtained many hours of additional training and have been tested for knowledge above the already high National Standards set by the Board of Professional Home Inspectors. With me, there’s no conflict of interest. I provide a complete third-party unbiased service for my clients, with nothing contracted out. Like my standards demand, I return phone calls and do not miss appointments. I do have the experience & knowledge to help you protect your valuable real estate. Each report I prepare will bear the Wilkerson & Company seal representing the best quality inspection for your investment.

Jerry Wilkerson
My name is Jerry Wilkerson. I am the President of Wilkerson & Company home inspection services. I have enjoyed a very successful 32-year career in the construction industry. I have the foresight to see and understand the importance of property inspections. My mission is to provide nonbiased inspection services in order to insure that the positions of the Realtor, Buyer and Seller are protected. My inspections and evaluations run the gamut from small condominiums and single family homes to ranches, estates, apartments, and resort properties. Wilkerson & Company has had exceptional growth due to its unique innovations, expertise and our ability to communicate information and data in a non-alarming, non-technical manner. Everything is done in-house, with nothing contracted out. I can meet with clients within a 24 to 36 hours advance notice. My reports are formatted into thorough checklists with narrative. I encourage the client to participate and offer re-inspections for an additional fee.
